An unlikely transformation occurs when a former bank building becomes the newest creative hub in the small resort town of Clear Lake. The drive-through bay is converted into classrooms while a flexible performing arts room allows the organization to expand its programming. Outside, a sculpture court and modern materials compliment the existing brick structure and establish the Arts Center as a standout among the traditional Main Street charm of surrounding buildings.
