With the last remodel being over 20 years ago, the staff of the OB/GYN clinic were committed to creating a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. This resulted in an on-stage/off-stage design so that patients would only be moving through areas that were clean, modern, and clear of any clutter from the inner workings of the clinic. With the clinic still functioning throughout construction, phasing and coordination with staff, designers, and contractors was essential. The exterior addition was designed with future expansions in mind.
