The One Vision campus in Clear Lake, Iowa, previously served individuals with development disabilities. Federal mandates required those individuals living on campus to be integrated into regular residential communities, which left One Vision with an 80 acre site to re-purpose. Bergland + Cram provided significant development exploration to redevelop the site and its building amenities, which ultimately resulted in the conclusion to evolve into a senior living campus. The site conversion consists of eight buildings were converted to private condos, as well as the addition of a 48-unit apartment building all for seniors.
