As the first hospice inpatient facility in the state, Hospice of North Iowa required a facility that reflected its role as a leader in hospice care. The purchase of a local mansion and carriage house, built in 1869, required a large addition and extensive remodeling. The expansive offices and gracious inpatient unit serve Hospice clients and their families throughout the region.
