Restoration

This 20th Century loft was designed by J.E.E. Markley nearly 100 years ago. Bergland + Cram worked closely with the current owner to restore the property to its former glory. A highly efficient lighting system is created with the addition of 13 skylights in order to lower utility costs. Super insulated walls also block sound between units. Interior renovations include restored wood floors, pocket doors within the residential units, refurbished historic doors and transom windows, and paneling in the corridor.
