A Community Development Block Grant provides funding for façade rehabilitation work on 11 downtown buildings involving several different property owners. Historic research as well as multiple rounds of design meetings with owners has allowed Bergland + Cram staff to prepare submittals for approval by the city’s Historic Preservation Commission and the State Historic Preservation Office.
