Fieldhouse + Natatorium

Working with a diverse group of users (administrators, parents, coaches, students) Bergland + Cram designed a large auxiliary fieldhouse and competition level natatorium addition to the high school. The large scale project added locker rooms, multi-purpose spaces, weight room expansion, and a reconfiguration of the site entrance and main lobby. The improvements provide access for more students and the community, improve play and practice schedules across various sports, and offer a facility that will attract competition-level events throughout Iowa.
