The Residency Clinic provides a modern environment for instructors, students, staff, and patients. Finishes suitable for high traffic areas were selected to evoke a relaxing, healthy atmosphere. Ease of maintenance and durability were key to this successful project. Occupying two floors in the Forest Park Medical Building, the clinic includes: patient waiting area, exam rooms, procedure rooms, labs, centralized nursing stations, staff work areas, offices, 1300 sf of conference space, over night rest space, and staff support areas
