A joint study for the City of Cedar Falls and the Cedar Falls Community School District explored layouts for a 40 acre site purchased for a future elementary school and park land. Site issues including street, parking, sewer, bicycle and pedestrian use were considered. The owners were presented with various alternatives and cost estimates for use in future planning.
