Mason City Downtown Redevelopment

A proposed redevelopment project aims to revitalize riverfront property in downtown Mason City.  A commerce center is attached to a new hotel which will serve visitors to a multi-purpose/hockey arena and existing downtown ammenities.  Condominiums and a performance pavilion will surround a city park and pedestrian friendly areas.
